Managed document back office
Paper mail can arrive directly at our operation — we digitise it and route it into NOPA.
Our back-office service combines controlled mail intake, industrial scanning, quality checks and the NOPA document sorter. Capacity can be sized for high-volume workflows, including several thousand documents per day where required.
Direct mail intake
Physical mail is received at the designated processing location, so its journey is controlled from arrival.
Industrial scanning
High-volume scanning capacity is sized to the customer process and supported by controlled quality checks.
Document sorter
OCR, metadata suggestions and an auditable queue route each document to the right business destination.
Connected repositories
