What has changed in customer service administration?

Customers expect a quick response, accurate status and consistent communication. An e-mail account or shared folder is not enough for this customer service. You need a system that shows where the document is, who has the next step, what communication is related to it, and what evidence remains of the operations.

Customer attention instead of administration

According to NOPA, technology is useful when colleagues do not administer more, but less. Status, notification, document version, access and logging are carried out in the system whenever possible, so that the clerk can concentrate on the customer's problem.

Management control

As a customer service manager, it is not enough to know that a clerk is working on a task. You should be able to see the lead times, missing documents, blocked points, and which processes regularly fail. That is why it is important to make document processes measurable.

Connection to ERoute and document platform direction

In the case of delivery or multi-national operations, customer service often works in the section of delivery notes, returns, complaints, invoices or customer communications. If these states live in separate systems, the team will continue to mediate. If they are linked in an auditable platform, closing will be faster and more accurate.

Decision questions before introduction

  • For which customer service questions do you need to check the document status?
  • How long does it take to request internal information?
  • Where is the response time promised to the customer most often violated?
  • What management report is needed to measure team performance?
